dueling devils
is mj's favored method for resolving conflicts and goes as follows"
party A advocates party B's stated "real" position,
i.e., plays the devil's advocate.
party B must also take A's position.
And whoever argues the case more persuasively to the reasonably
objective, if only because made playful, audience,
can lay claim to VICTORY if, after 3 days consideration, he still
advocates his original position.
If he modifies it, he is a HERO!

Sheesh, your reaction to BB makes it sound like ... it came across as
technically unimpressive, intellectually totally
unenlightening, and ONLY amusing because you're laughing at/with your
old buddy! Is it that bad? Yikes, and I
was thinking the effort we put in showed. And that third parties,
perhaps even non-J ones, might tend to find it
at least pretty amusing, if not even the slightest bit enlightening.
Guess less sinophile than thought, or at least far more
optimistic than due!
Fake voice? Whose voice was it? :p
i suppose in the end my only objective measure (since I've not
established payment mechanisms or even tip jars yet) is hits.
with no more marketing then a mass mail and a few
website comments, >1k in the first week (between dailymotion, myspace,
youtube, and metacafe) and good to excellent responses from several
people, is satisfactory to me for now. along with huge structural
progress behind the scenes. especially nownow as i reremember to ...
part the rose petals and smell the honeyscents... even as the overall
transmutation proceeds.
